Any AI system learnings, models, optimizations, or derivative intelligence generated by the platform remain the property of TailormadeAI.

7. AI Outputs & No Guarantee

AI outputs are generated based on user input and automated systems

Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect

TailormadeAI does not guarantee results, performance, or accuracy

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them

AI tools are decision-support systems, not professional advice.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party providers, including:

TailormadeAI is not responsible for third-party platforms, outages, policies, or data handling beyond our control.

9. Fees, Billing & Cancellation

If Services are provided on a paid basis:

Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

You are responsible for all charges incurred up to termination

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

10. Confidentiality

TAILORMADEAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO TAILORMADEAI IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

15. Termination
